There are few things that cause me to grimace more than the thought of counting calories. Sure it’s healthy to be aware of what you’re putting into your body, but counting calories is a combination of dieting an maths, which are already two of the worst things in the world anyway. Having probably realised this himself, graphic designer Severino R has created a collection of 42 common foods where their calorific content is visualised as pixels! Each pixel represents one calorie and this method really does make calorie counting more digestible (heh). Now, we realise this is pretty small so we’ve broken it down for you!
