A team of scientists found out in a new study that people who frequently run have shorter life spans. Here’s more. The research came up with results showing people who ran a lot, and those who never, have shorter life spans compared to folks who do moderate exercises. Based on the results, he suggested people to engage in 2 and 1/2 hours of moderate running every week.
